The San Francisco MTA (Municipal Transportation Agency) is going online to process parking tickets for customers, and depending on the validity of tickets processing services and contesting status for SFMTA to response. The customers can go online and protest a parking ticket if he/she feels the ticket was wrongfully cited, including pictures of not working parking meters, faded paint of the curbside, etc. This effort is part of San Francisco providing technological services for people and saving our environment at the same time. People without accessible online services can still write and submit a contesting response for the cited parking ticket.
