SAN FRANCISCO STUDIES CAR SPEED REDUCTION FOR PEDESTRIAN SAFETY

The streets of San Francisco is under many studies to examine how to prevent pedestrian fatalities, and car speed reduction is another method of prevention protecting city residents and working people, walking down the street with a sense of safe and secured without fear. Vision Zero is a project spearheading this effort with local support to eliminate pedestrian fatalities in 2020, although 21 pedestrian fatalities were recorded as part of this elimination effort. Local San Francisco legislators are supporting this effort to make San Francisco streets more safer, and recent studies indicate reducing car speed limits can provide more survival efforts (95% survival) for pedestrians when hit by a car. "We have to do what we can to ensure our streets are safer in San Francisco, and reducing car speed limits can achieve our efforts," said Supervisor Eric Mar.

Other major cities in metropolitan areas have this car traffic method in place and San Francisco is studying this approach, and expected to have a completed report during this coming fall with other procedural planning process elements provided accordingly. Pedestrian safety in San Francisco has been a top priority considering a tough year in 2013, and local support with legislative efforts will have an impact in making this happen with positive results! #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
