SAN MATEO BRIDGE REOPENS AFTER REPAIRS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The drivers commuting on San Mateo Bridge this morning finds hardship because of traffic congestion. The State of California Caltrans maintenance repair crew have to fix a pothole on the bridge this morning, and stalling traffic for drivers during commuting hours. The Caltrans repair crew was able to repair the bridge pothole and reopened the closed lanes thereafter completion after lunchtime hours. The Caltrans officials reviewed the pothole and it appears to be 8 or 9 inches and possibly because of the bridge wear and tear. Caltrans officials and CHP (California Highway Patrol) encouraged drivers to use other alternate routes across the bay.
