The SCT (Sonoma County Transit) services agency in North Bay is offering free rides for paratransit services passengers for certain local intercity routes. The SCT paratransit services along Routes 10, 12, 14, 24, 28, 32, 66, 67, and 68 will be free for traveling passengers. The transit agency is also offering a free rides program for eligible veterans and college students. The SCT agency transit services are aligned with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) federal paratransit transportation services policy. That means veterans and/or college students can use thereby local intercity paratransit services if they are eligible, and they have to show self-identification for therein free rides. The youth passengers can continue to ride free for school trips, visit friends, shopping, etc. countywide.
