SFMTA SCHOOL SERVICES WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) services agency in West Bay supports transit for local students returning back to school. The SFMTA personnel have been working closely with local agencies to transport students back to school safely. Including street crossing guards to cover local reopening schools and repainting loading/unloading school zones for students to become more visible. The SFMTA will work closely with reopening schools and parents regarding parking to ensure students are safely picked up and/or dropped off at school campus. The student parents can ask Parking Control Officers at local schools for assistance with parking when necessary. Including partnership with SF Bicycle Coalition for safe routes to schools program to help students biking to schools.
