The SJC Airport is introducing therein Sunflower Lanyard Program to help air travelers with hidden disabilities and consistent with California SCDD (State Council on Developmental Disabilities) supportive procedures. The SJC Airport supportive program will provide air travelers with additional assistance with hidden disabilities at the airport environment. The airport workers will be fully trained to help air travelers with invisible/hidden disability and wearing a sunflower lanyard for customer assistance.
