SOLTRANS PROJECT FUNDING WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The SolTrans (Solano County Transit) service agency in North Bay received state funding to refurbish their local transit center in the Bay Area. The SolTrans agency will use therein funding of $971,000 to beautify STC (Sereno Transit Center) in Vallejo, and improving thereby station image and renovating bus stops. Including new and comfortable seating structures for traveling passengers, as well as protective and healthy elements for riding passengers. The transit agency will start therein improvement project during the spring season in 2024, and will finish thereby project successfully before the year ends. The SolTrans project will improve riders public health and protection from unhealthy weather outdoor elements.
