SOLTRANS SERVICE UPDATES WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The SolTrans (Solano County Transit) services agency in North Bay is planning to terminate paper passes effective Monday, July 1, 2024 in the Bay Area. The SolTrans Board of Directors ratified therein policy to enhance public transit services countywide, and making transportation services easier for traveling passengers. Including strategic ways to modernize public transit services for more efficiency, and improving services with digital payment for passenger fees. The paper passes for SolTrans agency will continue for passengers using paratransit services only, and all other paper passes will expire on Sunday, June 30, 2024. That means all passengers with paper passes will be invalid thereafter an expiration date, and will have no option to exchange and/or not refundable. The SolTrans agency will use thereby Token Transit mobile app, Clipper Card, and Clipper START Card for passengers to use and pay their traveling fees - visit www.soltrans.org for more information and/or schedules update.
