TESLA MOTORS FILED LAWSUIT IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The Tesla Motors company filed a lawsuit in Santa Clara County Superior Court regarding the autonomous car autopilot component former staffing. The lawsuit is filed against Sterling Anderson, former Director of Autopilot Programs regarding proprietary confidential information and recruiting Tesla employees. Therein Tesla former employees are part of a startup company called Aurora Innovation and pursuing autonomous vehicles with technology similarities. The Tesla Motors administration legal team is seeking damages for losses and malicious punitive damages for his action. Including a legal injunction against Aurora Innovation of illegally using anything until Tesla Motors can start vetting its technology for other usage.
