The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) and ABAG (Association of Bay Area Governments) are hosting a number of open house public meetings, to hear from people directly regarding plans for 2040 transportation and housing within San Francisco Bay Area. Alameda and Contra Costa Counties have completed their public meetings, and 7 other counties are having their public meetings up to May 28, 2015. These meetings will provide people with update information regarding transportation and housing plans as well as other basic life elements such as health and education for families and children. Including protection of our natural environment from greenhouse gas emissions regarding linkage to public health issues of concern.
