VTA CONSTRUCTION BEGINS WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency in South Bay is starting construction for their Phase II Extension Project in the Bay Area. The VTA construction for therein West Portal has been offered to KST (Kiewit Shea Traylor) joint venture collaboration to start therein project construction. Including thereby NTP (Notice To Proceed) contract for thereby construction at West Portal in Santa Clara during February 2024. The VTA agency launched thereby site for the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) they purchased during November 2023, and preparation for therein tunnel shaft equipment. It's all part of therein BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Silicon Valley Phase II Extension Project (BSVII) in South Bay.
