The WestCAT transit agency provides routing services within western neighborhood communities in Contra Costa County. It provides public transporting services through therein provisional standards of the California JPA (Point Powers Act). The WestCAT agency 2024 Summer Youth Pass will go on sale during therein effective date, and youth 6-18 years of age will have unlimited discount rides countywide. The 2024 Summer Youth Passes are accepted throughout Saturday, June 1, 2024 until Saturday, August 31, 2024 for the whole summer season. Including local transit services and express routing services, and not for paratransit services countywide.
