A recent WalletHub study identifies 2016 worst cities for driving nationwide during commuting and traveling time. The rankings are from #1 to #100 study results, and San Francisco Bay Area cities are ranked as San Francisco #98, Oakland #94, San Jose #84, Fremont #71, and Sacramento #31. The study also indicates people who drive spends 200 hours on the road commuting every year, and 41 hours stuck in traffic congestion gridlocks. The study configuration numbers show 241 hours for working people being on the road going to and from work every year.
