The state planning agency is scheduling local public hearings on Thursday, February 27, 2025 to hear directly from the public regarding thereby transit services Pilot Program. The GGBHTD agency Pilot Program is proposed to provide passengers with discounting fees on ferry and bus transit services in North Bay. The eligible passengers for therein discounting fees have to be transferred from any other transit services agency within the Bay Area region.
