The SolTrans public transit services agency operates under thereby JPA (Joint Powers Authority) governance infrastructure. The transit agency is honoring thereby iconic activist Rosa Parks for Transit Equity Day 2025, and all traveling passengers can ride SolTrans buses for free. Including all transit services for local, express services, and paratransit services for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) traveling passengers countywide. The SolTrans free rides on Transit Equity Day 2025 is honoring Rosa Parks on her birthday, and sharing her iconic proactive Civil Rights performance during 1955.
