The federal government is looking into monitoring all traveling people from West Africa, within Ebola stranded disease nations to try and avoid spreading the Ebola virus. This monitoring approach will start this coming Monday and all travelers from West Africa will report to the health officials, and they will be monitored for three weeks on a daily basis. Travelers have to check their temperatures two times a day during their arrival date and health officials will monitor their health diagnostic status.

The Caltrain system going through Palo Alto may have to go through an underground railway system, and city residents are talking about how this project would impact traffic. Some city advocates are asking for a clear EIR (Environmental Impact Report) assessment during initial discussions on the project, because traffic impact should be part of the report before it begins for knowledgeable discussions. Other city council members appear to be supportive of the project and hopefully relieving current traffic congestion within the community.

The Embarcadero BART station in San Francisco was closed temporarily today due to a medical situation, and BART police and safety officials have to shut down the station for emergency. Apparently a person fell onto the BART train railway tracks and was helped back on the safety platform for passengers, and a witness mentioned the person who fell was recovering from non-serious injuries.

The Palo Alto Tesla cars are moving forward with electrical cars on roadways and freeways, and keeping our environmental air clean and healthy for people. It may not have showrooms in the State of Michigan because of state laws regarding franchise car dealership, and state Governor Rick Snyder indicated this issue is a matter of state law requirements. The Michigan state law prohibits car dealers to sell directly to drivers, and limiting opportunities for Tesla cars to have a car showroom in the state.

The traffic congestion in San Francisco Bay Area freeways and roadways can become really stressful, and painful for drivers and commuters especially working people. Some driving commuters "jump" the roadway traffic by cutting through a short distance, by taking off on an off-ramp and get back on the roadway by "cheating or jumping" the freeway. Caltrans have been trying to moderate traffic in San Francisco Bay Area freeways and roadways, to make it better and ease traffic congestion including assessment for "freeway jumping" in Marin County.

Traffic on the bay bridge over the weekend was slow and very bad last Friday going into San Francisco, due to steel plates on the roadway for the bridge expansion joints connection development. The state Caltrans removed steel plates on Sunday trying to resolve traffic problems, and will have meetings today for optional ways to resolve the bridge expansion joints project without traffic problems for drivers.
