Public parking in San Francisco has been economically rising and/or turning into hardship for people to find accessible public parking with reasonable rates.

The legislative bill will provide appropriate insurance coverage in case something happens like an accident, etc. due to untrusted and unsafe Uber, Lyft, etc. drivers on the road.
