CALTRAIN HOLIDAY TOY COLLECTION REPORT IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The Caltrain holiday toy drive was successful in partnership with Silicon Valley Community Foundation and local transit agencies. It collected more than 3,000 toys with approximately $2,000 during the Holiday Train activities to benefit children during the holiday season. The toys will be given to Salvation Army and $15,000 donation to Toys for Tots program for children gifts. Including $50,000 through sponsorship for therein Holiday Train toy collection with many support throughout communities. The Caltrain Holiday Train was fun for families and children during the holidays and train ambassadors passed out candies and toys. Including local entertainment holiday music at each Holiday Train stop with Santa Claus onboard the train.
