The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) board approved a Ford GoBike station near 24th Street in San Francisco and Motivate will run it. The bike station was opposed by some community residents and BART board supported a compromise by BART administrators. It's a temporary pilot project until the mission library is renovated, and providing more time for Ford GoBike staffing to do more community outreach. The bicyclist advocacy representatives supports therein local bike station and received community support for the convenient effort. A former transportation advisory shared her support for therein Ford GoBike station and community's beneficial. She mentioned because people needs to get out of their cars and provide them with convenience and accessible local bikes.
