The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) is recruiting for next summer transit internships from San Francisco Bay Area high schools. The high school students must be 16 years old and completed 10th, 11th, and 12th grades by next summer 2019. The MTC transit internships will be paid $15 per hour and working in any county within San Francisco Bay Area with transportation staffing. The internship orientation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, 2019 and hired interns can work full-time or part-time. The 2019 hired summer interns will work closely with transportation staffing within various transit agencies. The interns will work with assigned mentors within transit agencies and they will share a presentation thereafter the internship program - visit www.mtc.ca.gov for more information.
