FAIR CONDITION STREET PAVEMENTS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) agency released the region's 2019 roadway and street conditions data reporting score. It reflects the fourth consecutive year Bay Area roadways and streets have the fair conditional score of 67 per the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) data. The PCI score ranges between 70-79 is considered good, 80-89 is considered very good, and PCI score of 90 and above is considered excellent. The PCI conditional score between 60-69 is considered fair and roadway streets will need rehabilitation when necessary.
