INTEL AUTONOMOUS TECHNOLOGY ACQUISITION IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
The Intel Corporation is purchasing Mobileye software sensors for driverless autonomous cars in San Francisco Bay Area. The acquisition cost is $15.3 billion for Intel to excel within the autonomous self-driving cars competition. The company boards have to approve the final deal transaction and Intel Corporation will pay $63.54 for each share. The automakers have been testing self-driving cars in California, Michigan, and other states in America and needing higher levels of connection with driving sensors.
