An employee working for Tesla Motors factory in Fremont, California is suing the company for harassment and racial discrimination at the workplace. The Tesla employee DeWitt Lambert, 44 year old African-American is suing the company because of other employees using racial slurs and inappropriate behaviors on him. The allegations by co-workers happened along the assembly line and employee victim identified he has the video for evidence. He shared the complain with HR (Human Resources) department and investigated the situation, and he said his concerns were not properly resolved. The Tesla Motors countered the claim and mentioned therein employee was promoted 12 months ago, and been given a final warning notice of sharing company confidential information on social network.
