BART PAYMENT ORDINANCE FOR PASSENGERS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) board ratified two admin ordinances for passengers to show proof of payment to ride BART trains and citation enforcement with logistical resolution protocols. Therein two BART admin ordinances will take effect on January 1, 2018 along with one month grace period and BART Police will start inspecting proof of payments from passengers. Other community agents (Community Service Officers) will assist BART police officers with fare payment inspections to avoid fare payment evaders. Passengers not paying to ride BART trains will receive civil citation fines of $75 for adults and $55 for minors. The payment resolution for non-paying passenger's citation could be through a community services program.

"The enforcement is certainly necessary for these types of people because it cost more money for paying passengers and communities," said Bob Henderson, local commuter in Marin County. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
