The California PUC (Public Utilities Commission) has approved new policies for Uber drivers in San Francisco Bay Area and statewide. The state PUC unanimously approved therein policies to improve public safety for passengers and knowingly something has to be done for passengers protection. The California PUC ratified new policies thereafter a public hearing session and advocates fear the new policy requirements would delay drivers an opportunity.
