The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) completed the bicycle safety improvement project on Turk Street in San Francisco. The Turk Street Safety Project completion is aligned with Vision Zero to prevent local traffic fatalities, as well as protecting pedestrians and bicyclists. The new protected improvement project for bicycle way between Market Street and Gough Street started with community outreach during 2016. The protected bikeway lane includes visible crosswalk signs and safety painted street zones for bicyclists. The local merchants can load/unload merchandise for local residents and businesses without any local parking allowed. The SFMTA improvement project completion is by collaboratively working closely with local agencies, to ensure pedestrians and bicyclists are well protected.
"The completion of this improvement project is a wonderful example of city agencies and local communities working together," said Ed Reiskin, SFMTA Director of Transportation. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
