The airline pilots flying into SFO Airport (San Francisco International Airport) were responsible for three out of five close-call collisions. The NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board) federal officials released a report identifying the pilot error for airlines at SFO airport during last 16 months. The airlines pilot error almost caused passengers to lost their life and another SFO Airport close-call was blamed on ATC (Air Traffic Control). The airplanes line up to land on the wrong runway and/or taxiway sometimes, and making it hard for landing because of the close proximity of two separate runways. The NTSB federal investigators provided therein findings to report switching from ATC frequency to ground frequency. The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) officials issued new policies for airport landing at night including ATC staffing with instrumental landing systems.
"Pilots must be on top of their game when landing because things are more critical and communication is key - screw up with communication elements will create problems," said Chris Manno, American Airlines Pilot. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
