The MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) and various local agencies are partnering today on May 10 for BTWD (Bike To Work Day) within San Francisco Bay Area. Including more than 400 nutritious energizer stations throughout nine regional areas in the Bay Area for bicyclists. The energizer stations will be open throughout morning commuting hours and during the evening for bike riders. The Caltrans and CHP (California Highway Patrol) partnership will oversee bike riders and pedestrians going across the Bay Bridge for safety. The BTWD will have a rally at San Francisco City Hall and press conferences at East Bay and South Bay. Including end of the day BTWD activities at Berkeley Bike Happy Hour block party, and bash party at the Historic Adobe Building in Mountain view - visit www.mtc.ca.gov for more information.
