The RM3 passage by Bay Area voters of $3 increase for bridge tolls at the Richmond-San Rafael, San Mateo, Dumbarton, Carquinez, Benicia and Antioch bridges. The breakdown for bridge toll increase will begin January 1, 2019 during each year thereafter - Year 2019 = $1, Year 2022 = $1, and Year 2025 = $1. The collective funding from therein RM3 measure will help with local traffic and highway improvement projects.
