The Napa Valley is recovering from major fire damages and visionary ways to relief traffic congestion on Highway 37 within San Francisco Bay Area. The Common Ground group of professionals and local leaders are looking at resolutions to improve Highway 37 within the region. Including ways and means of development for the regional area with a proposal for "The Grand Bayway" project. Another shared development concept is having a crossover walkway and bikeway for people going over Highway 37. The Napa County transportation leaders are supportive for therein effort of development for Highway 37 to help with traffic problems. The NVTA (Napa Valley Transportation Authority) approved the State Highway 37 and Sea Level Rise Corridor Improvement Plan with hopes other agencies will support.
