The RM3 initiative was approved by voters to raise bridge toll fees within San Francisco Bay Area - having available funding for transportation projects. The lawsuit will provide problems with Bay Area transportation elements because it may delay funding release for ongoing improvement projects. The lawsuit is filed by therein association sharing the RM3 initiative should be considered a tax and not a fee increase to use for a state facility.
