The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) is discontinuing services for Express Light Rail Services effective Monday, October 8, 2018. The VTA transit agency has been operating Express Light Rail Services during last eight years with six trains within commuting hours. The VTA transit agency board approved therein discontinuation services with hopes to help with VTA operating costing amount. As we posted previously about lawsuits impacting local transportation in San Francisco Bay Area - exactly what's happening with RM3 and Measure-B funding. The South Bay transit improvement projects funding within RM3 and Measure-B initiatives will be on hold until thereafter lawsuit settlements.
