BART PASSENGERS COVID-19 REQUIREMENT WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) agency has announced passengers are required to wear face coverings to stop the spread of COVID-19 in San Francisco Bay Area. The BART new requirement is consistent with Bay Area counties health advisory order in effect on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 - including transit buses and trains. The BART staffing will post signs on trains and local stations to remind commuting passengers and BART Police Officers will assist with verbal reminders. Including posting online with social media, BART website, platform digital signs, public announcements, etc. regarding therein new requirement for passengers.
