The all-electric airport buses is part of SFO Airport's Strategic Plan for action and reducing carbon emissions in the Bay Area. The SFO Strategic Plan for action goal is to achieve 95% carbon emission reduction by 2021, and neutralizing carbon emissions infrastructure across the airport operations. The SFO Airport achieved 41% green house gas emissions reduction from their baseline during 2019, and working closely with airlines and business partners for support.
