The WETA Board of Directors released therein proposal for temporary lower fares, and extended service schedules for ferry commuters as part of their Pandemic Recovery Program. The transit agency board will consider approving therein final Pandemic Recovery Program, and thereby temporary proposal will take effect on July 2021. Including lower fares for all ferry routes for one year, increased off-peak service hours, and streamlined fare structures with payment options.
