The CTC (California Transportation Commission) agency awards $107.2 million funding for a project in South Bay at Santa Cruz County. The SCCRTC (Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission) will receive therein grant funding through Solutions for Congested Corridor Program and Local Competitive Partnership Program. The SCCRTC agency will utilize therein funding for improvement projects to increase roadway safety and/or improving transit services in South Bay. Some improvement projects will help with congested corridors and traffic accessibility for vehicles on highways and/or local roadways.
