The AC (Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District) agency in East Bay is opening their Customer Services Office today on Monday, October 12, 2020 for services. The AC Transit will temporarily have their customer services center at the General Office location in downtown Oakland - 1600 Franklin Street. The customer service hours of operation will be from 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday to Friday during weekdays. The AC Transit staffing will help passengers with bus passes because riding fees/fares will be required on Monday, October 19, 2020. Including Clipper Card payment services and/or discount passenger services, as well as removal and/or replacement with connection services aligned with therein Regional Transit Connection (RTC) Program - visit www.actransit.org for more information and customer service updates.
