The AC (Alameda-Contra Costa) transit agency is enhancing services along line 97 routing elements with an improvement project. The project will improve services to represent communities as an investment approach for reliable and safety public transportation. The line 97 is one of high ridership service areas AC transit serves between Bay Fair BART Station and Union City BART Station. The improvement project will reduce vehicle fuel consumption and emissions as well as improving safety and transit operations. The AC transit agency will install technology smarter signal systems to improve intersection signals for services enhancement.
