The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) agency serving San Francisco Bay Area recognized two employees for exceptional customer services! The BART agency recently recognized agents Dee Malabuyo and Ed Buenger for going beyond their regular duties to help commuting passengers when necessary. They both know their regular commuting passengers within local BART stations and creating friendly professional relationships. One of the BART agent was able to help a commuting passenger with disability and the passenger praised the agent for her assistance. The BART agent was watching the disability passenger returning back thereafter finishing her local activities and helped her when necessary.
