COUNTY CONNECTION SERVICE PLAN IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The County Connection transit services agency in East Bay is developing a 2021 Service Plan for next year in San Francisco Bay Area. Including transit service reductions within local service areas with limited operational funding caused by therein COVID-19 pandemic. The first County Connections webinar overview meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 provided communities with the agency funding impact aligned with potential service reductions. The transit agency provided three service proposals aligned with available annual funding reductions and future funding projections. The transit agency will have public meetings during January 2021 for public feedback, and the service draft recommendations for consideration.
