The safety projects will transform safety elements for pedestrians and bicyclists in therein communities to minimize and/or avoid traffic injuries and fatalities. The records show 47% of fatal collisions with highest percentage of injuries within those disadvantaged communities of concerns. The proposed safety projects will provide safety improvement elements for communities including safety for pedestrians and bicyclists - if SFMTA approves it.
