The Caltrain transit agency approved new policies to track down passengers trying to get free rides and start issuing penalty tickets. Because current data shows approximately 2,100 passengers are provided verbal warnings every month and some passengers get upset with violent behaviors - penalty tickets will start in April 2018. Those violent passengers start attacking Caltrain operators/conductors and police officers are informed along with the train being delayed. The Caltrain administration is also considering to increase the rates for opportunities to maximize revenues aligned with improvement services. The Caltrain recently increased rates within traveling zones and monthly parking along with other types of monthly fees, and including a possible ballot measure for new sales tax revenues.
"The new administrative policy process will streamline the system for effectiveness, and retaining penalty fines for efficiency," said Dan Lieberman, Caltrain Spokesperson. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
