The Delta Airlines will require more information for service and support animals when traveling with passengers on airplanes. The received many complaints about service animals urinating and/or defecating onboard airplanes during flights - has doubled since 2016. The new service and support animals requirement will begin March 1, 2018 and owners have to provide proof of their animal's health record within 48 hours before the flight. The new requirements for service and support animals will not apply to small pets in and other pet animals must fly in the cargo area. The American Airlines and United Airlines are reviewing their animal policies for health and safety reasoning during transporting flights.
