The San Francisco Bay Area transit agencies are kicking off this holiday season during the weekend with local fun activities for families and children. The SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) is having a Holiday Block Party at Dogpatch neighborhood on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 10 AM - 6 PM including Caltrain Holiday Train toys drive for children. Including San Francisco Veterans Film Festival at Civic Center/Main Public Library with various times and muni buses/trains will provide transportation. The Silicon Valley Community Foundation will present therein Caltrain Holiday Train for Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3, 2017. It's a free family and children event with entertainment and asking people to bring unwrapped toys for children. The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) will have a holiday trolley event on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 2:30 PM - 5 PM, starting at Diridon Light Rail station. The trolley railway train will be decorated with holiday seasonal elements including music and refreshments for families and children.
