The VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) transit agency in South Bay is having COVID-19 testing at work for union members and families. The VTA agency union members of ATU (Amalgamated Transit Union) Local 265 is working closely with Santa Clara County Health Department to set-up COVID-19 onsite testing. To help VTA frontline workers and testing is already taking place at two other onsite locations for employees convenience. The VTA agency joined other transit agencies in San Francisco Bay Area with therein Bay Area Healthy Transit Plan and taking appropriate actions to make it happen.
