The transit agency shared their 10 Point Plan to strengthen the trust in transit services within South Bay - VTA believes they've earned riders trust! The VTA received some positive feedback from passengers regarding their experience with transit services in South Bay. The VTA agency has a SmartPass Program for companies with employees discount rates for riding transit buses/railway services in Santa Clara County. The transit agency's SmartPass Program is loaded onto a Clipper Card for employee passengers to use while traveling within the Bay Area.
