The parking location along Blossom Hills Road is good for potential residential and/or commercial usage for future transit income. The VTA administration wants to hear from local communities regarding potential development because of increase with transit transports. The VTA will be working closely with City of San Jose officials for opportunities within local developments. The VTA Joint Development Program staffing will look at development opportunities and partnership for local transit passengers.
