MARKET STREET IMPROVEMENT PLANS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
The new plans for Market Street in San Francisco will take away cars from driving downtown the iconic street and adding more bike lanes. The remake of Market Street including redesigning sidewalks will cost approximately $604 million and eliminating all cars as well as Uber and Lyft cars. The new Market Street improvement project is a collaboration of various city agencies along with Transportation and Design Team. Including an Environmental Review Team to be compliance with environmental regulated policies and consistent with local safety measures.
